Grès ferrugineux du Crétacé supérieur.
	
CÉPAGE
100 % grenache blanc.
	
ÉLABORATION
Macération pelliculaire, puis débourbage à froid. Fermentation à basses températures pendant trois semaines en cuverie inox.

TEMPÉRATURE DE SERVICE
Entre 7 °C et 12 °C.

DÉGUSTATION
ŒIL : robe très claire et brillante.
NEZ : arômes de fenouil et de coin.
BOUCHE : vin fin, sec et rafraîchissant aux notes d’agrumes mûrs.

WINEMAKING
Skin maceration and cold must settling followed by a
fermentation period of three weeks at cool temperature.

TASTING
EYE : clear and bright white
NOSE : scents of fennel and quince fruit.
PALATE : refreshing notes of ripe citrus, fine and light finish.
